At BioWound Solutions, patient safety, product integrity, and data protection are non-negotiable. We recognize that cybersecurity issues can affect connected medical devices and supporting software, and we actively work to prevent, detect, and remediate vulnerabilities across our portfolio.
Cyber threats evolve quickly. A transparent, collaborative process with security researchers, clinicians, customers, and partners helps us reduce risk and continuously improve the security posture of our products.
We believe meaningful progress in cybersecurity happens through partnership. By working closely with security researchers, clinical experts, and regulatory bodies, we strengthen our ability to anticipate and respond to threats before they can impact the people who rely on our products.
HOW TO SUBMIT
If you have identified a potential vulnerability we ask you to fill in and submit the following form:
Upon submission of a vulnerability, BioWound Solutions will:

Acknowledge receipt of the submission within 5 business days.
•
Conduct a thorough evaluation of the reported vulnerability's potential impact to decide on appropriate actions.
•
Verify and attempt to reproduce the vulnerability, potentially reaching out to you for support during this phase, and then present a summary of findings post-evaluation.
